My Approach
I am not here to ask you to stop eating potato, rice or roti forever. Because, firstly, it is not possible for most of us. Secondly, these foods are not the problem. If we learn to balance our meal plate with foods containing carbs, proteins, healthy fats and fiber, you can enjoy these foods AND reach your health goals. Why choose between ‘taste and health’, when you can have the best of both worlds?
You know what? All my clients continue their regular life, i.e. going on trips, dinner with friends and satiating their urge to eat their favorite foods while working with me. You may think- "What's the big deal?" The difference is that they feel confident making choices when eating out, enjoy their pizza/ dessert and don’t starve themselves the next day or punish themselves at the gym. That’s what we work towards in our coaching- learning how to navigate real-life situations while taking care of their health.
What we won’t do here?
